Cancellation Policy

At Mackenzie University, we understand that unforeseen events can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your intake meeting, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel or reschedule, please use the link provided in your reservation confirmation email. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not attend the meeting, you will need to schedule a new appointment through our online reservation system. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
